The Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini

The Espresso Martini is one of those cocktails that isn't what is says it is. There's no gin or vermouth anywhere near this cocktail, but I'm such a sucker for Espresso Martini's that I'll let it slide. My creation is a warming twist on the well-known espresso cocktail, if you're a fan of Terry's Chocolate Orange (who isn't?!), you're gonna love this one;

50ml of your choice vodka -the smoother the better it gets
25ml Tia Maria- you can use Kahlua, but there's not as much depth
10ml Sabra chocolate orange liqueur
35ml fresh coffee
A dash of sugar syrup.

Shake with cubed ice, and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If you're out to impress, throw a few coffee beans on to garnish, I'm not fussy, it still tastes divine.
